LAB HOURS
The Image Place is operational Monday through Friday 8am-4pm and closed on weekends and major holidays. Hours are subject to change during "slow" times. The days we are closed are not considered regular "in house" service times.
MINIMUM ORDER
Please try to consolidate small orders so that your order totals no less than $10.00. Any order that is less than $10.00 will incur a minimum order charge to bring your total to $10.00.
REMAKES
Please check your orders immediately upon receipt. In some cases, a phone call may be all you need to correct counting or sorting mistakes. If a remake is because of a color issue, we may need to send you a return shipping label so we can see the print and fix the issue properly. Any remakes called in after 30 days of shipment will be considered reorders and will be invoiced at regular prices. Orders requesting additional artwork will be considered reorders, not remakes.
REORDERS
Because of sensitized materials, it may not be possible for reorders to exactly match the original prints. Please return one print from your original order for the closest color match possible. Please make sure to call in any remakes and reorders ASAP. To make room for new orders, we periodically must delete older orders. We keep orders for approximately 30 days in slow season and approximately 2-3 weeks in busy season.
TURN AROUND TIMES
The Image Place turn around times are listed in the pricelist. We try to get all orders out within the allotted turn around time. Due to situations beyond our control or “problem” jobs, the completion of your order may take longer. If you have any questions or problems with ordering or design sizes, it is always best to ask questions first rather than have your order submitted incorrectly. You can find answers to many ROES questions on our website (once logged in click “support” then FAQ’s), and we also have on site support if you need it. If your order comes in after 12pm, the “in date” will be the next business day’s date.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
All orders are prepaid before shipment by Mastercard, Visa, Discover or check. If you wish to have all orders charged to your credit card, please enter your credit card information into the ROES program when placing your order or call the invoicing department. If you ever need to put a new credit card on file please contact invoicing or enter a new number in ROES with a note in your instructions that you put a new card number in your order information. You can also choose to have all of your orders on C.O.D.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS
All accounts that hold a balance that is 30 days past due, may be put on C.O.D.
RETURNED CHECKS
A $30.00 service charge will be added for all returned checks. Returned checks will not be redeposited. The total amount of the returned check together with the service charge must be paid by cash, certified check, or money order. More than 3 returned checks will cause all future orders to be C.O.D.
CHANGE OF ORDER
Orders which have not yet entered the printing stage may be changed with a $5.00 fee. Orders that have already been printed may not be changed. DIY Portrait orders may not be changed at any time.
SPLIT ORDER
If a portion of an order must be shipped ahead of the rest of your order, a $5 split order charge will be applied to the invoice.
PACKAGE AND HANDLING FEE
A packaging and handling fee of $2.50 will be charged to every order. Reorders will also incur this charge. You may combine orders before submitting to save on these charges. Orders WILL NOT be combined once they have been submitted.
SHIPPING
The Image Place uses UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Starting November 1st 2010, we will be charging for shipping. We will pay half your shipping costs, so you will only be charged for half. If your orders total a $100 you will receive free standard shipping. Certain instances such as location, overnight and Saturday delivery may be charged. If you receive a damaged shipment, keep the entire order and the complete package how you received it. Contact us immediately for instructions on filing a claim.
RUSH SERVICES
Rush services will be accommodated whenever possible, but may incur a rush charge from a 50% to 200% rush charge depending on the request.
SAMPLE PRINTS
A 25% discount on sample prints (8x10 or larger) for all pre-approved, established customers during the time of January 1 through July 31 only. Any sample prints during the rest of the year will be billed at regular pricing.
Monitor calibration kits are available upon request at NO charge.
